Terms and Conditions – 883 Game Pakistan

By accessing the 883 Game website, creating a player account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you enter into a binding agreement with 883 Game and confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

These Terms apply to all sections of the 883 Game platform, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, PSL, football), live casino (Teen Patti, Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack), online slots, esports betting, and the VIP Club. Participation in any individual product or promotion may be subject to additional specific terms; where additional terms exist, they are displayed alongside the relevant product or offer.

To register and use 883 Game, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 883 Game reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point, including before processing a withdrawal.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any other person.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended account on 883 Game.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register or subject to any court order or legal instrument that would prevent you from gambling.
• You understand that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that no outcome is guaranteed.

During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. 883 Game may, at its discretion, require verification documents at any time — including during account opening, before the first withdrawal, or if unusual activity is detected on your account.

Registration is free. 883 Game does not charge any fee to open a player account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any outstanding balances, including bonus funds and pending winnings.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 883 Game account credentials. You must not share your password with anyone, allow any other person to access your account, or permit your account to be used by a third party for any purpose. 883 Game will treat any action taken from your account as having been authorised by you.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 883 Game immediately via the contact details in Section 13. We will suspend the account pending investigation. 883 Game accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your own failure to maintain adequate password security.

883 Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, abuse of bonuses, use of automated tools, or provision of false personal information. Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, 883 Game reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation.

Inactive accounts — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity review. 883 Game will attempt to contact you via your registered details before applying any inactivity measures. Any remaining balance in an inactive account will be credited back to the player's registered payment method following identity verification.

All financial transactions on 883 Game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; higher transaction limits are available to VIP Club members subject to account verification.

Deposits are credited to your 883 Game account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the rare event of a deposit delay, you should contact 883 Game support with your transaction reference. Do not make additional deposits during an investigation of a pending transaction.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the verified identity on your 883 Game account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Standard withdrawals are processed within four to six hours of request submission. VIP Gold and Elite members receive priority withdrawal processing, typically within two hours, seven days a week.

883 Game does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees independent of 883 Game, which are beyond our control. Players are responsible for any applicable fees charged by their own bank or mobile wallet provider.

883 Game offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, free spins, Acca Boost, and VIP cashback. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any additional promotion-specific terms displayed at the time of the offer. In case of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

• Welcome Bonus: The 100% first deposit match bonus up to Rs 50,000 is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. Minimum qualifying deposit is Rs 500. The bonus is credited automatically upon deposit.
• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The specific rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms and must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports betting and live casino bets typically contribute 100%. Slots contribute 100% unless otherwise specified. Bonus Buy features on slots may carry a reduced or zero contribution rate.
• Acca Boost: The accumulator boost percentage applies to winning football accumulators of three or more selections. The boosted amount is paid as bonus credit with a standard wagering requirement.
• VIP Cashback: Weekly cashback for VIP Club members is paid in withdrawable cash with no wagering requirement attached. Cashback rates are 5% (Silver), 8% (Gold), 12% (Platinum), and 15% (Elite) of net losses in the prior seven days.
• Bonus Abuse: 883 Game actively monitors for bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, exploitation of software errors, or systematic low-risk hedged betting designed to clear wagering requirements. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will have the relevant bonus and associated winnings voided.

883 Game reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already claimed it, 883 Game will honour the terms as they stood at the time of the player's qualifying action.

All bets placed on 883 Game are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after confirmation except where a specific Cash Out offer has been presented and accepted by you. The minimum stake per bet is Rs 100 across all sports and casino products unless otherwise specified on the relevant market.

883 Game reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at its discretion, including on markets where unusually large positions are detected that could indicate market manipulation or insider information. Maximum stake limits for VIP members are higher than standard limits and are communicated by the account manager.

All game outcomes — including slots, live casino, and RNG table games — are determined by certified random number generators supplied by the game provider. 883 Game does not alter game outcomes. Published RTP figures are provider-certified and represent long-run theoretical return over millions of rounds, not any individual session.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 883 Game and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity or details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or generate play on casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing mistakes to place bets that you know or reasonably should know are mispriced.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Attempting to launder money or use 883 Game in connection with any financial crime.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes, share bonus funds, or systematically extract value from promotions through collusion.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• Providing false identity information, including CNIC number, date of birth, or name, at any point during account use.

883 Game is committed to providing a safe gambling environment and takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The following tools are available to all registered players via the Account Settings section and are effective immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR. Once set, a limit can only be reduced immediately; an increase request requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period. Same rules apply regarding reduction vs increase.
• Session Time Reminders: Set notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a voluntary break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. Account access is suspended during this period and cannot be reversed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from 883 Game. Once applied, self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum of 12 months. 883 Game will not accept attempts to re-register during a self-exclusion period.

883 Game collects and processes personal data as necessary to operate the platform, process transactions, verify identity, and comply with applicable legal requirements. By registering on 883 Game, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent by closing your account, subject to any legal retention obligations that require us to retain certain records after account closure.

883 Game does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud detection partners as necessary to operate the platform securely and process your transactions. All such third parties are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

All content on the 883 Game platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software code, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 883 Game or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of this material.

You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the 883 Game platform for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without prior written consent from 883 Game. Unauthorised use of 883 Game intellectual property may result in legal action in addition to account termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 883 Game excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from platform downtime, game malfunction, or errors in odds display.

883 Game's total liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

883 Game reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to bonus policies, withdrawal procedures, or eligibility criteria — 883 Game will provide advance notice via the registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of 883 Game after changes have taken effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should stop using the platform and submit a withdrawal request for any outstanding balance before the new Terms come into effect.
